Vivian. In 2020, started practicing aerial yoga. In her first aerial yoga class, she was surprised how challenging and fun it could be to pose elegantly with hammock wrapping around myself while stretching all the muscles, which allowed her to withdraw from the restlessness of mind. Later on, she took a 50-hour aerial yoga teaching training hoping to keep challenging herself  and to practice more. Vivian hope that every one of her students can get the good vibe from aerial yoga as she did, and will leave the practice feeling more balanced in their bodies and more serene in their minds.
